The first ones are “lifestyle communities”. People with the same idea of lifestyle are coming here together.

The secound kind of communities are the “prestige” ones. Who lives here is owning a lot of money.

The last one is the “safety zone communitie”. Mostly founded  in the the middle- and lower-class they try to protect the people.
